6th TEOE Exchange with Mexico Exhibition
In January 2009, TEOE photographers Art Holeman and Colleen Miniuk-Sperry traveled to Mexico to make pictures of Hermosillo and Sonora while being hosted by photographers Enrique Yescas and Juan Luis Fernandez.
In March 2009, Enrique and Juan Luis visited northern Arizona to learn more about Arizona's history and Navajolands.
On May 22, 2010, join us in celebrating the 6th TEOE Exchange with Mexico at the Opening Reception at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort in Scottsdale, AZ (map).
Enjoy free food, wine, and the 80-print exhibit from the 4 participating photographers: Enrique Yescas, Juan Luis Fernandez, Art Holeman, and Colleen Miniuk-Sperry.

"Drawing from her experience as an Artist-in-Residence at Acadia National Park, travel photographer and writer Colleen Miniuk-Sperry will share 10 techniques for turning seemingly hopeless photographic situations into the “right place at the right time” every time. In this presentation, attendees will learn how to pre-visualize photos before arriving on location, actively engage with their subjects and environment on location, and capture one-of-kind photographs anywhere, any place and in any light!"

Sedona PhotoFest 2010 brings together Pulitzer-winning photographer Jack Dykinga, "Sedona Masters" and six competing "Apprentice Photographers" juried from Arizona high schools for three days of photography in Sedona's stunning red rock country. Keynote talks, workshop presentations and panel discussions, and special evening events make this week ideal for photographers, educators, students, families and art buyers worldwide to celebrate Southwest photography's contribution to the fine arts.
